These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the 3dmpshop™ website and the purchase of products from our store.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products
We make every effort to present products as accurately as possible. However:
- Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences.
- Many items are handmade; minor variations are not defects.
- All products are decorative fantasy props. They have no real-world magical or functional effects.
Products must be used responsibly and for their intended decorative purpose only.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
A contract is formed only when we confirm the order by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of:
- Incorrect pricing
- Suspected fraud
- Stock or production issues
- Customs or export restrictions
Orders cannot be modified once production or processing has started.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices displayed include VAT where applicable and exclude shipping costs.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
For orders delivered outside the European Union:
- Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- These charges are not included in our prices and are not refundable.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon physical delivery of the goods.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Postal services
- Force majeure events
- Incorrect address information provided by the customer

6. Right of Withdrawal
Where required by applicable consumer law (EU customers), you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.

For non-EU customers, return rights are limited as described in that policy.
7. Returns, Damage & Refunds
Returns, damaged goods, and refunds are handled strictly in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Failure to follow the return procedure may delay or invalidate processing.

All website content, including:
- Product designs
- Images
- Texts
- Logos
- Branding
is the intellectual property of 3dmpshop™ and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Our products are decorative items only.
They are not toys and are not intended for children.
We are not liable for:
- Injuries resulting from improper handling
- Damage resulting from misuse or modification
- Damage resulting from exposure to heat, moisture, or external forces beyond normal decorative use
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe handling and appropriate use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Carrier disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Supply chain interruptions
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Consumers within the EU may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.

The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to the transaction.
