1. Processing Time
All orders are prepared after payment confirmation.
Please allow 1–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Custom-made, made-to-order, or large-volume orders may require additional preparation time. If applicable, you will be informed by email.
Business days exclude weekends and Belgian public holidays.
2. Shipping Zones
We currently ship to:
- All countries within the European Union
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Selected additional international destinations where carrier service is available
If your country is not available at checkout, shipping is currently not supported.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Total order weight
- Parcel dimensions
We offer:
- Free shipping within BENELUX
- Free shipping within the EU (excluding BENELUX) on orders over €100
- Free shipping does not apply to:
- Greece
- Cyprus
- Malta
- United Kingdom
- Non-EU destinations
Due to significantly higher carrier costs.
4. International Orders (Outside the EU)
All non-EU orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) unless otherwise stated.
This means:
- Import VAT
- Customs duties
- Clearance fees
- Local taxes
are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges:
- Return shipping costs
- Carrier handling fees
- Customs-related charges
will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Delivery Estimates (After Processing)
Belgium & neighboring countries: 2–7 business days
European Union: 5–14 business days
Greece, Cyprus, Malta: 7–21 business days
United Kingdom: 5–14 business days
North America: 7–21 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
Rest of the world: 10-30 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Customs inspections
- Carrier disruptions
- Remote delivery areas
- Force majeure events
6. Risk & Transfer of Responsibility
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the provided address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect address information.
7. Pickup Points (EU Only)
Within the EU, orders may be delivered to a nearby carrier pickup point when applicable.
The pickup location is determined by the carrier. Tracking information will include pickup instructions.
8. Split Shipments
Large or fragile orders may be shipped in multiple parcels at no additional cost to ensure safe transport.
Multiple tracking numbers may be issued.
9. Insurance & Damaged Items
All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit up to a maximum value of €500 per parcel. (exceptions can be made for large orders over €1500).
If your order arrives damaged:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may prevent us from filing a claim with the carrier.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange either:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A refund
Claims are subject to carrier investigation procedures and timelines.
Insurance coverage does not apply to:
- Damage caused after delivery
- Improper handling by the recipient
- Items left unattended in unsecured locations
10. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse shipment to:
- Countries subject to export restrictions
- Locations unsupported by our carriers
- Orders flagged for fraud prevention
If shipping is not possible, you will be notified and refunded.
