1. European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at bart@3dmpshop.com within 14 days of delivery.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Conditions for Withdrawal
To be eligible for a refund under the right of withdrawal:
- The item must be unused and handled only as necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
- The item must be returned in its original protective packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Items returned without prior notification may delay processing but do not invalidate your statutory withdrawal rights.
2. Returns Outside the European Union (Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand & Rest of World)
For orders delivered outside the European Union, there is no automatic statutory right of withdrawal.
However, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original protective packaging.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for international returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items (Worldwide)
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bart@3dmpshop.com and provide:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution.
In such cases, we will cover any necessary replacement or return shipping costs.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from return or withdrawal:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items painted, modified, assembled, or altered by the customer
- Items used beyond what is necessary for inspection
- Gift cards
If a returned item does not qualify for return, the customer may request it to be shipped back at their expense.
If no response is received within 14 days, the item may be disposed of.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or valid proof of return shipment (EU withdrawals).
Please note:
- Shipping costs are only refunded in accordance with applicable EU law.
- Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not refunded by us.
